I promise to do better, unless I don’t.

I got a comment today!  From one of our original inspiration bloggers, Reese.  Hi Reese!!!

So naturally, I clicked on the DISQUS link to reply to the comment.  I like to reply or at least “like” our comments.  I find encouragement better than … well … ambivalence. 

Anywho.  When I got over to my DISQUS site, there were several comments that I had not seen before.  Some were weeks old. 

WHAAAA???!!!

One of the reasons I installed that system was so that I’d get a notification when we have comments, and so that I could reply to individual comments.  This is not making me happy.

I am going to have to spend eons a bit to troll around my account there and figure out why some of you wonderful people fell through the cracks of our place here.  Now, mind you, it’s held together with chewing gum and fruit roll ups around here, but that’s no excuse.

I apologize if you feel neglected or even worse, ignored.  I’d never want any of our virtual friends to feel that way.

So like I said.  I’ll do better.  I’ll try to do better. 

I promise.

Could you live in the bubble? Just vacation there.

I've told you that my husband totally stole our idea (that we stole from Kicking it in Crazyville) to blog with his BFF, right? Well they have quite a happening thing going on over there this week.

They are hosting an experiment this week where they can only partake of "Christian" entertainment. Yes, giving up facebook for faithbook (I swear that's real and it sounds like you have a lisp when you say it), watching TBN, listening to early 90's christian music via Spirit FM. You know, living in the bubble.

And the best part...

I am the rule keeper!!!

So Jen, I want to know, what’s it like to go shopping with you? What kind of breakfast cereal do you like? Do you like soy milk?

I’m sure I’m murdering the quotes but that‘s the gist of one of the convo’s between the judges on American Idol tonight. But my real reason for even mentioning it is that I want to give a great big old Virginia Shout Out to Felicia Barton! Go girl, I think you totally knocked it out of the park tonight…woo-hoo! Talk about God’s timing and allowing Him to work in His own time table. I'll just amen myself there...Amen, Sister!

Now please excuse me I’m off to wait for the phone lines to open up…
